We are available to provide nutrition services for menu review, client counseling, nutrition consultation. We provide services for clients participating in the HCS program through the state of Texas. In addition, we also provide counseling/medical nutrition therapy for patients in the home health and hospice setting. Many times families or care providers have concerns regarding a patient’s nutritional status. We are able to help through patient counseling and nutritional intervention.
